I did the stair climb challenge, and can I say, that wore me out. The exercise truly put in perspective how hard these firefighters pushed themselves to save people. I also really appreciate the conversation the moderator had with the firefighter from New York, who was so genuine and kind. My appreciation grew for our firefighters after this challenge
