During today’s 9/11 session, it was truly eye opening to see how physically exhausting it would be to go up all those flights of stairs to help people. I cannot imagine the pain the firefighters went through to go up the stairs, to come right back down. I was sweating and I was in an air conditioned room with no heavy equipment, so I can’t imagine their pain.
