Business Development/Sales Representative
Global Game Changers Children’s Education Initiative, a national education nonprofit based in Louisville, Kentucky, is seeking an outstanding sales representative to lead the national sales effort for their free elementary-level leadership and talent development education program. The sales representative must excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. They will be a quick learner with the ability to showcase our programs in a professional and compelling way. They will be personable and professional and possess the skills to cold call potential customers, nurture existing customer relationships, give presentations, and attend networking events and trade shows. Must be available to travel.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new customers and their needs and onboarding them to ensure they have a positive experience
- Identify existing customers space for growth and fidelity and nurture the relationships
Objectives
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on new and existing customers
- Develop and implement an action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust strategies according to interactions and results in the field
- Track results and provide written and oral reports to management on a weekly basis

Not required, but bonus
- Education (educator, principal, admin) and/or business (sales) background
- Located in Louisville, Ky, but open to remote location with regular travel to HQ
Salary and Application
Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 depending upon experience. No health insurance provided.
